Emergency Shelter Property Management Services - Request For Proposals (RFP)

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Mayor's Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) is seeking qualified and experienced property management vendors to provide professional services that include facilities maintenance and property management for the City's two hotel properties that are currently being used as shelter sites. 

(Sleep Inn and Suites located at 301 Fallsway; Holiday Inn Express located at 221 N. Gay Street; and the parking lot located between these two hotels at 320 N. Front Street). 


Proposal Submission Deadline 

Respondents must email one (1) PDF electronic copy of the Proposal and all required supporting documents to mohs.hsp.application@baltimorecity.gov on FridayFebruary 14, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered. The City of Baltimore may request additional application materials and/or information at a later date.
