Request Data from Baltimore City's HMIS/Coordinated Access System
Prior to submitting your request for Homeless Management Information System/Coordinated Access data please review the information already available on our website via the 2020 Point-In-Time Count Report. If the information is not available, an HMIS Data Request Form may be submitted.
HMIS data includes demographics, outcomes, exit destinations, length of stay in programs, etc. Generally, data requests will take up to 2-3 days, however, more complex data requests may require additional time. Please give us as much advanced notice as possible if you are working with a deadline.
All requests for data are subject to approval and compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws as well as the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services Homeless Management Information System policies and procedures.
Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a computer-generated email acknowledgment within a few minutes. You will also receive direct communication from the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services with the data requested.
