BALTIMORE CITY, MARYLAND
AMENDMENT TO ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR LOCAL FISCAL YEAR 2020/FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR 2019
Dear Community Partners,
Notice is hereby given that the City of Baltimore’s Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) is proposing, in accordance with regulations governing the consolidated planning process, to amend the Annual Action Plan for Local Fiscal Year 2020/Federal Fiscal Year 2019.
The purpose of this amendment to the Annual Action Plan for Local Fiscal Year 2020/Federal Fiscal Year 2019 is to re-allocate funding in accordance to the ESG-CV program in order to expend the full grant award by the September 30, 2022 deadline.
The re-allocation of funding only changes activities within Homeless Prevention, Rapid Rehousing and Emergency Shelter as listed in the table below. This adjustment is to account for current underspending in Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing projects, and the increased funding in Emergency Shelter will be used to meet ongoing program needs in the Adult and Youth Shelters.
