TIME Organization Emergency Women's Shelter Opens New Self-Care Station

On June 22, 2023, TIME Organization Women’s Emergency Shelter, a City-funded shelter, was featured on WBAL-TV 11 Baltimore.  The Emergency Women's Shelter supports 145 women on their journey home by providing employment, housing, vital documentation, meals, and more assistance. The newest service is a self-care station where women can get their hair professionally done for free.

The self-care station will give women hope for the future, build confidence when attending interviews or housing appointments, and remove financial barriers.

If you are a hairstylist interested in volunteering, please email skesslewis@timeorganization.org.
