Baltimore's Continuum of Care Board Elects New Chair and Vice Chair

The Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) would like to congratulate Janice Miller and Shawn Jones on being elected Chair and Vice Chair, respectively, of Baltimore’s Continuum of Care (CoC)! As the Collaborative Applicant, MOHS looks forward to the continued work with Janice, Shawn, and the CoC to end homelessness for our most vulnerable neighbors in Baltimore.

MOHS would also like to thank Winston Philip for his service as CoC Chair since 2017 and his valued partnership.

On Friday, May 21, 2021, the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) announced that it will receive 278 Emergency Housing Vouchers to provide permanent housing to our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
