FY 2023 CoC NOFO Program Competition
The Fiscal Year 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Program Competition is now closed.
The Continuum of Care (CoC) program promotes a community-wide commitment to ending homelessness. The program provides funding to nonprofit providers and state and local governments to quickly rehouse individuals and families experiencing homelessness while minimizing the impacts of trauma and dislocation. The program also promotes self-sufficiency and access to mainstream programs by individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
HUD's Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) can be found on the grants.gov website.
The Local CoC NOFO Program Competition is now closed. The application deadline was Monday, August 21, 2023, by 5:00 pm, via the Neighborly Portal. View the Neighborly Portal section for more information on submission requirements.
